Lisa Bonet Speaks Out About Multiple Women's Allegations Against Bill Cosby

For example, former "Cosby Show" cast member Keshia Knight Pulliam, who played Cosby's daughter, Rudy, on the hit TV show, has said the allegations don't jibe with the man she knew. "There was just energy", Bonet said. "And that type of sinister, shadow energy can not be concealed", Bonet says in Net-a-Porter's Porter magazine.

Bonet went on to say that she "always" sensed a "darkness" with her TV-dad. "That's my nature. The truth will set you free", Bonet said. Lisa did point out that she did feel an ill vibe coming from his direction.

Bonet also brags about her household having no television, and just one computer. When Letterman asked the then-19-year-old Bonet why she would want to leave the popular sitcom "The Cosby Show" for its spinoff, "A Different World", the actress responded with: "They told me to?"

Over the past few years, Cosby has been accused by nearly 50 women of sexual misconduct and rape.

Bonet also sparked a media uproar when she starred in 1987's "Angel Heart", in which she had a controversial sex scene with Mickey Rourke.

"I don't need to say, "I told you so", she told Porter Edit about Cosby's current situation. I think she's just staying out of it.

The part starkly clashed with the squeaky-clean image of Denise Huxtable, Bonet's character on "The Cosby Show".

Cosby has been accused of sexual assault and misconduct by more than 60 women and faces a new trial about his alleged criminal behavior on April 2, after the first trial resulted in a hung jury. Bonet continues to take the high road when it comes to speaking about Cosby today.
