Arsenal to play CSKA Moscow in Europa League quarter-final

Atletico Madrid, who won the Europa League in 2010 and 2012 and were losing Champions League finalists in two of the last four seasons, are the most imposing of the quarter-finalists.

CSKA Moscow have been drawn in the UEFA Europa League quarterfinal against the dream club of Nigeria star Ahmed Musa, Arsenal.

The quarter-finals will be played on April 5 and 12.

The only other penalty Welbeck took in his career was with Arsenal's under-23s last January, when he was returning from a knee injury.

Well, the draw has been made and Arsenal will take on the Russian side, CSKA Moscow.

However, it remains to be seen what impact the current political situation regarding relations between the United Kingdom and Russian Federation will have on the fixtures.

The body says it will work closely with all clubs and local authorities "to guarantee safety for all involved". To recover from that you need to be solid and mentally strong and show a response together.

CSKA, meanwhile, have moved to calm any concerns about the game in Russia's capital.

CSKA have lost their last five meetings with English clubs, including both games against Manchester United in the Champions League group stage this season.

UEFA insist it will not get involved as political issues are not covered in its remit as the governing body of the Europa League.

However, European football's governing body UEFA told CNN: "UEFA is a sports organization whose aim is to promote and develop football, which can benefit and provide enjoyment for large sections of society".
