The criticism says that whereas Mills was being taken for questioning, she instructed a sheriff's deputy, "you must take me again and let me get my heads".

Mills was supposed to be arraigned Monday, but instead a judge said he wanted to know more about her competency to participate in court proceedings. "Any kind of auto you want I will have in your driveway tomorrow if I would take her back and let her finish what she had started".

If 12 of the 16 grand jurors find probable cause, Mills will be indicted on either a first or second degree murder charge.

She told Conner that the blood was hers and that she cut two fingers from being attacked and thrown through a glass door, according to court documents.

The homeowners of that residence called authorities after they offered to give her a ride and she refused to leave the property.

Roena Cheryl Mills, 41, was arrested on April 1 and initially charged with obstruction, battery on an officer and simple possession.

Mercer County, W.Va., prosecutors charged 41-year-old Roena Cheryl Mills for the Easter Sunday murder of 29-year-old Bo Allen White after police found part of his decapitated body near where she was arrested, WOWK TV reported.

Records show that White's head was found at the same location Mills was seen leaving the woods earlier in the day before her arrest. A different, unidentified part of his body was also found where Mills was arrested.

Employees at Southern Regional Jail said Mill was talking about killing someone while she was at the jail. Mills and his son had been dating, White's father told police.

Furthermore, the criminal complaint says officers found a glove matching the one Mills was wearing when arrested was found in White's bedroom, covered in blood.

Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney George Sitler told The Bluefield Daily Telegraph that it was unclear whether the victim was killed by the beheading or if he died before his head was severed.
