TENAA Certification for Samsung Galaxy Model SM-G8850: Possibly Galaxy S9 Mini?

The South Korean giant is also working on its new flagship smartphone, which is the next-generation Galaxy Note series device. It is said that the device will be sporting a 6.4inch screen.

Samsung has unveiled its latest J7 series phone - the Galaxy J7 Duo in the Indian market. The other leak has likewise definite that the Galaxy Note 9 will don a 6.4-inch display. What may seem like a relatively small increase in screen size is significant as it will widen the gap between the Note 9 and the S9+. However, there's no way of knowing for sure whether it is indeed a spin-off of the Galaxy S9 or the upcoming Galaxy A6. Maybe that could have freed up that wee bit more space for a slightly bigger display to be fitted.

The first one says the future Korean launch will have a battery of 3,850 or 4,000 mAh, a consistent increase of up to 700 mAh compared to its predecessor.

This one is a no-brainer.

Further, what we have seen in previous rumors, the Galaxy Note 9 will be powered by the same chipsets as the Galaxy S9 duo, i.e. Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC or Samsung's Exynos 9810 SoC. The Note 9 is rumoured to feature 6GB RAM with 64GB or 256GB storage.

We'll find out whether these latest leaks are true when the new Note 9 is officially announced, which is looking to be some time during July or August 2018. At the back, the device will pack two 12MP cameras. It will be a combination of wide-angle and telephoto to achieve the famous Bokeh affect. The front shooter will be 8MP with f/1.7 aperture. The smartphone comes with Andriod Oreo 8.0 out of the box. At the time, it is unknown when this unit will arrive, but it is interesting to see Samsung make exclusives to keep that regions audience happy. While the source made no mention of an in-display fingerprint scanner, it's expected to make the final cut for the final product. Samsung has claimed in the past that they will not include the technology until they have perfected it. The phone also features Face Unlock feature with an already dedicated fingerprint reader mounted at the rear.
