Christina Aguilera plotting first tour in over a decade

Aguilera reported feeling like she was desperately trying to find ways to express herself as a result, and using her hair and make-up to do it. "You may't put on this, can't say that". Aguilera shared in an interview with Billboard Magazine, that during her time on the show she was "longing for freedom" and would feel like she was stuck in "TV mode".

"Christina was an extremely beneficial member of The Voice for a lot of seasons and we admire all she did for the present", a present supply tells PEOPLE exclusively in response to what the singer says was a unfavourable expertise for her from 2011 to 2016.

"To me, there's nothing like an incredible hip-hop beat", the singer said. [Coming home from set] I would just take everything off - the makeup, all of it - and would blast hip-hop, or Nirvana, 'Creep, ' Slayer.

"Touring is so frightening to me, because I am a mom first", she admits. "It's easy to get comfortable and cushy in the same place and not have to worry about uprooting your kids". "When I'm onstage, there's not a bigger high, when I'm in connection with my voice and my heart and my soul", she gushes. The song talks of a hook-up, which is not so different to her previous lead singles except for "Ain't No Other Man", but this time the lyrics are slightly more subtle.

A show insider has since issued a statement to Entertainment Tonight in response to Aguilera's comments about the singing competition. "I'm sorry I struggle accepting the beauty that lies in myself". There's another vagina in the room! She was part of the debut season and stayed on for five more seasons between 2011 and 2016. She's new Studio album, stars - Liberation, which is scheduled for release on June 15.

Tribal-inspired drums and bass beats kickstart the song before Christina rap-sings the first verse in a style similar to Beyoncé in "7/11" and "Formation", just in a much less brash way. Her last was 2012's Lotus.

Last month, Aguilera showed off her still wonderful singing chops, appearing on James Corden's "Carpool Karaoke Primetime Special".
