Bethesda Confirms Elder Scrolls VI and New Franchise, Starfield

Now in pre-production at Bethesda Game Studios, the acclaimed developers of Skyrim and Fallout 4.

Fallout 76 takes place in West Virginia and it's a prequel to the entire series, following survivors of the nuclear apocalypse as they exit their legendary bunker, Vault 76.

Fallout 76 Tricentennial Edition Bonus In-Game Items: Celebrate 300 years of freedom with the all-new Fallout 76 Tricentennial Edition, commemorating the opening of Vault 76. Your character isn't tied to one server and all of your progression goes with you wherever.

Access to the Fallout 76 B.E.T.A. (Break-It Early Test Application): Be one of the first to emerge into a new and untamed wasteland. It will also be possible to build wherever players want with the help of C.A.M.P.

Lastly, it's also been confirmed that a beta will be held before release. Given all that Bethesda has on its plate right now, I wouldn't expect any concrete details for The Elder Scrolls VI for quite some time - at least not before we hear about the next-gen systems.

Granted, much of its success was likely due in part to the hype surrounding the release of Fallout 4; Fallout Shelter released just prior to the main title and featured heavily as part of Bethesda's franchise marketing campaign.
