Twitter hates the idea of Bristol Palin joining 'Teen Mom OG'

Palin announced her pregnancy while her mother was running for vice-president alongside presidential candidate John McCain in 2008. She was 17 when her first kid, Tripp, was born. Eventually, she did get married to Meyer, and gave birth to her third child past year. Bristol and her husband, Dakota Meyer, are in the process of divorcing.

Bristol Palin is quite excited to embark on her next endeavor as the newest face of MTV's "Teen Mom OG".

Palin is no stranger to reality TV: She competed in two seasons of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, finishing third in 2010 and returning for an all-stars season in 2012. She joins previously announced cast members Amber Portwood, Mackenzie McKee, Maci Bookout, and Catelynn Lowell. She also authored a memoir Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far, released in summer 2011. Palin also appeared as an unscripted teenager in the drama series "The Secret Life of the American Teenager".

When asked her thoughts on Bristol Palin taking over her spot on Teen Mom OG, Farrah said she didn't care, and that she was much too busy dealing with a loss in her family right now. Hope this year brings you all the happiness and joy you could ever imagine - you're the most incredible man - and I am so thankful for you!

According to a July 19 report by Us Weekly Magazine, Farrah Abraham doesn't care who replaces her on the MTV reality series, and says that no one will be as good as she was on the show.

In 2009, Palin emphasized her belief in abstinence as the greatest form of teen pregnancy prevention. She posted on Instagram, "10 years ago this week - my life took the biggest possible turn".

As fans know, this isnt Palins first TV gig.

"I don't think anyone realizes how hard it really is until you actually have a screaming baby in your arms and you're up all night", Bristol told the Associated Press in 2010.
