Big Brother bosses release statement on Stormy Daniels fiasco

Avenatti also dismissed reports that an "insider" said Daniels quit after demanding extra money.

"She changed her mind and then she went".

Addressing the situation on Friday night's Celebrity Big Brother's Bit On The Side, show host Rylan Clark-Neal said: "Stormy Daniels arrived in the United Kingdom [on Thursday morning] and, like every other housemate, she filmed her profile VT".

Panellist Jane Moore, who spoke to Daniels off-air, said a custody battle involving her daughter in the U.S. was to blame.

Stormy is alleged to have had an affair with President Donald Trump in 2006. "But now the cast has caught wind of the deal Stormy made for her stint on the show, and the number is mind-boggling".

Stormy Daniels was in talks for receiving approximately $950,000 for her short time on Celebrity Big Brother. "That massive mock-up of the White House was all for Stormy", the shocked TV insider reveals, adding that executives at United Kingdom network Channel 5 are "baffled" by her behaviour.

Topping the pay scale is former Emmerdale star, Roxanne Pallet, who is earning an eye watering £750,000, which has honestly got us a little bit shook, as it's the same amount Stormy Daniels, aka the porn star who has been accusing President Trump of cheating on his wife with her.

Her lawyer claimed on Friday that Daniels had a row with the programme's producers who were pressuring her to act in a way she felt uncomfortable with.

Moore, who spoke to Daniels off-camera and took a photograph with her, told viewers: "This is her side of the story".

"She thought "I can't commit", she said being a mother comes first".

Jane told the panel: "Needless to say, it has all become a legal situation with lawyers talking to lawyers and she says she has been told she can't come and talk to us, but she wants to be sitting here".

"Producers discussed a variety of options with her but were unable to agree any acceptable conditions for her entering the house", a spokesperson for the network added. Maybe they were afraid of what she might say.? "Our focus is now on making a brilliant series with our fantastic celebrities", they tweeted. A new contestant who apparently took her place Thursday was British radio and television presenter Hardeep Singh Kohli.

CBB airs nightly on Channel 5.
