Arsenal boss Unai Emery bans non-freshly squeezed juices from training ground

Arsenal boss Unai Emery bans non-freshly squeezed juices from training ground

Reports of a training ground-bust up between Mesut Ozil and Arsenal manager Unai Emery are unfounded, sources have told ESPN FC.

The 29-year-old missed last weekend's win over West Ham but has trained all week and could return in south Wales. Ozil was prescribed a dose of antibiotics to cure a severe cold that developed into a laryngitis, and attended the match as a spectator.

After Arsenal, Cardiff face Chelsea and Manchester City in their next two games and Warnock, who has worked miracles to get them promoted, is determined to enjoy the ride.

Granit Xhaka splits opinion but he's likely to be a regular under Emery for the time being so I think the Swiss star will keep his place with Mohamed Elneny having to make-do with a place on the bench.

Arsene Wenger often used the cup competitions to blood his youngster's into the first team and it looks as if Unai Emery is set to continue the philosophy. "This is my message for the team, for the squad and for every player". "For that, Mesut played with me on the right wing and also as No.10, and we are going to continue to do that". "I only changed, I like fruit a lot and I like fruit juice".

'He wants that I can use him for two positions.

" However, Emery has introduced strict weighing sessions, body fat measurements and other scientific processes to monitor fitness levels and cracked down even more over nutrition with juices - which contain a lot of sugar - being replaced by plain water".

"It's for that and when I was very young, my father was coming every day with one fresh orange fruit juice".

"I like it in my life".

"You say three. I'd say 33", Warnock replied when asked about Cardiff's tough run at his pre-match press conference. "They prefer their orange fresh".
