Google Pixel 3 Allegedly Left At The Back Of A Lyft

In all fairness to the person who dropped the Pixel 3 XL at the back of a Lyft, it is evident from the images shared online that there was an attempt to keep the smartphone hidden, and for quite some time too. Google could end up surprising us next month when the new Pixel phones will be made official.

The driver returned the phone to the owner soon after, according to Android Police.

This one comes from a Lyft driver who said that a fare left the as-yet-unannounced Google Pixel 3 XL phone by accident in the back of his cab. As per the rumors, it is being speculated that the Pixel 3 XL could feature a notched display and also both the devices could feature a dual camera set up at the front. He originally thought it was his own Pixel 2 XL that had fallen until he noticed the big notch, and of course he immediately got everything uploaded to the internet. Of the notable differences from the Pixel 2 XL, you can allocate additional front camera and a reduced frame. He rounded the edges of a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels.

Here are some more images of the upcoming Google Pixel 3 XL.

It is expected that the new smartphones will support the technology the Active Edge.

Google has not yet revealed when it will be showcasing the smartphone. Several prototype units of the device have already been leaked, giving us enough information about its specifications - at least 4GB of RAM mated to a Snapdragon 845 chipset and Android Pie onboard.

There never was a Nexus or Pixel phone that didn't leak before Google unveiled it. This week, there's another leak that found a lost Pixel 3 XL in the wild.

It is speculated to be out on October 9 alongside Google Pixel 3 and yes, there's no Google Pixel watch in the making so chill.
