Mac Miller's House Reportedly Cleaned After Overdose

On Friday, Miller died of an apparent drug overdose in his home. The comments on the post and all her other posts were closed due to a campaign of harassment from fans who used the comments sections of her most recent posts to lay blame for Mac's death on Ariana for breaking up with Mac.

It's a burden that no one should have to shoulder - and given the simple fact that men are typically slower to speak about their problems, it's one that disproportionately falls on women.

That changed in 2016 when Ariana split from boyfriend Ricky Alvarez and went on a double date with Mac and her friend Victoria Monét to Disneyland. 'There are no further details as to the cause of his death at this time'.

Comments were also disabled on the post.

Shortly after they parted ways, Grande responded to a fan on Twitter who criticised her for dumping him and said their relationship had been "toxic".

Miller has been open in the past about his battles with substance addiction.

He said: "I hung out with Mac a few times over the years and he was always such a sweetheart, always had the time of day for anyone, whoever they were. This is one of my best friends in the whole world and favorite people on the planet Malcolm McCormick", Ariana wrote.

He told Rolling Stone when the album came out: "Have I done drugs?"

"I'm a very sensitive person... but this Mac Miller shit got me fucked up", Gambino said, according to Rolling Stone.

Another collab soon followed suit when Ari guested on Mac's song My Favourite Part that same year.

Earlier this year, Miller told Beats 1's Zane Lowe that while he felt Grande's engagement to comedian Pete Davidson was "a little strange", he didn't see it as negative. His later work incorporated jazz elements and he was set to tour later this year with Thundercat, the wide-ranging bassist whose music has gone from experimental hip-hop to thrash metal.
