Kim Kardashian Forced to Evacuate Home Due to Wildfires in Calabasas

Rich or not, famous or not, there was no reprieve Saturday from the California wildfires sweeping through towns as different as the star-filled oceanside enclave of Malibu and the modest communities nearby and in the state's north. "Thank you for all that you do for us!"

Kardashian took to her Instagram story to share images of the fires. "God is good. I'm just praying everyone is safe".

Kim only shared on Thursday that she was evacuating the area with her family, and they're safely away from the fire.

Dozens of performers have homes in the coastal city of Malibu and the ritzy enclave of Calabasas, parts of which are under evacuation orders because of the Woolsey Fire in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

The celebrity website TMZ reported that Jenner's home was burned, but the Olympic gold medalist said in an Instagram video that she didn't know "whether the house made it or not". More than 20 million locals were under red flag warnings across the state as three major fires - Camp, Woolsey, and Hill fires - burn in California, according to CNN.

Jenner has owned her home since 2015 and it has been featured multiple times on her reality series.

Kardashian West said that she was forced to evacuate her Calabasas, California, home due to the looming threat the fires posed. "I can't bear the thought of there being no Malibu", the singer posted.

Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro evacuated from his property, where his large collection of horror memorabilia is stored.

Khloe Kardashian revealed that she and daughter True were staying with Rob Kardashian and his daughter, Dream, who live near Kris, but were not forced out of their home.

Alyssa Milano, a leading force in the #MeToo social movement against sexual harassment, asked for help getting five horses out of the area and said she had taken her "kids, dogs, computer and my Doc Marten boots".

A filming location used for movie and television shoots dating back to the 1920s, Paramount Ranch was destroyed in the Woolsey fire, the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area confirmed Friday.
